A: Ouroboros enclosing Harpocrates sitting to right on a scarab. His knees are drawn up, his left hand raised to his mouth, right hand holds a lotus stalk with one bud. A long side-lock of youth is falling to his neck; on the top of his head a solar disk, on the back of the head three scratches (rays?).
B: Inscribed in three lines: μιχαηλ | [- -]ιζαηλια|ω → Μιχαήλ.Ἰζαήλ. Ἰάω.
