A: Four-winged Bes-Pantheos striding right on an Ouroboros cartouche enclosing notches to indicate animals. The bearded head is surrounded by notches imitating animal protomes, and crowned with the atef, complete with ram’s horns and uraei. Upper body to front, a large bird’s tail and a crocodile’s tail project from the hips. The god has only one pair of arms: right one holding a whip, left one holding a was-scepter, on the left side another was-scepter. Knees decorated with animal protomes, feet in the shape of jackal’s heads.
B: Inscription in three lines: βαι|νχω|ωωχ → Βαϊνχωωωχ.
