A: Four-winged Pantheos figure, to front, head and feet to right. Hardly identifiable head (jackal or bird?) covered with a headdress (?) and topped with a large atef crown complete with ram’s horns, uraei and solar disks. The god wears a kilt, while a crocodile’s tail and a snake project left from the hips. Lower arms, beside the body, hold snake entwined staves topped with animal heads, upper arms, stretched out horizontally, hold uraei.
B: Inscription in four lines arranged in a circle: ιαουεηωιη|αεηι|ευιω|υιω → vocales.
