A: Enclosed by an Ouroboros: unclothed figure of Bes-Pantheos, standing to front on the back of a crocodile (to right). The head is bald and bearded. Behind the figure: three pairs of wings, both arms hold 'ankh' signs. Legs bent in knee, both feet turned outwards. Above the god: a scarab with outstretched wings, on both sides: falcons crowned with solar disks, facing Bes (at the top), scorpions (at the bottom). In the free field beside the head: an eight-pointed star (on the left) and a crescent (on the right).
B: Scorpion. Around, inscription beginning on the right at the bottom: [α]κραμαχαμαριιαω → variant of Ἀκραμμαχαμαρεί, Ἰάω.
