A: Frontal view of a cock-headed and human-legged figure, head to left, wearing a kilt and boots. Arms raised high above the head and holding a tabula, enclosing the inscription: ιαω → Ἰάω. Three pairs of outstretched wings project from the body, in the free field on each side of the god: stylized (dancing?) figure.
B: Inscribed in four lines: α|βρ|ασ|αξ → Ἀβρασάξ. At the bottom: characteres.
