A: Frontal view of cock-headed Anguipes, head to right. The god is in armour, right arm raised high and holding a whip, left arm not indicated. On the left: large round shield enclosing characteres or letters. Inscription below the legs: ιαω → Ἰάω.
B: Inscription in eight lines: ιαηι|ιηουυυ|χ|ηιηωα|κραμμαχ||αμαβει|μαρου|θεα. On the left edge from bottom to top: βραμξε → voces including vocales, variant of Ἀκραμμαχαμαρεί, variant of Μαρμαραουώθ.
