A: Frontal view of a cock-headed Anguipes, head to right. The god is in armour, right arm raised high and holding a whip, left arm hid behind a round shield. Inscription in the shield: ι|αω → Ἰάω. Inscription in the free field along the edge: σαβαωοιιω → Σαβαώ, vocales..
B: Inscribed in three lines: αδωναι|σεμεσιλα|ψ → Ἀδωναΐ, variant of σεμεσειλαμ.
