A: Frontal view of cock-headed Anguipes, head to right. The god wears armour and a mantle, right arm raised high and holding a whip, left arm holding a round shield, porpax visible. Inscription in the shield: ια|ω → Ἰάω. Inscription beginning in the free field above the shield: σου, below the feet: μαρ, on the left of the figure: τασ → variant of σουμαρτα.
B: Inscribed in four lines: εαητε|ηιουω|ιινωι|θμουβισ → voces including vocales.
