A: Frontal view of cock-headed Anguipes in armour. Head to left. Whip held in the right hand, lower left arm hid behind a round shield. Inscription below the figure: ιαω → Ἰάω.
B: Inscription in six lines: σαβαω|αβρασαξ|αδονεα|βλαναθα|λβαλαρ||ουριξυ → voces including Σαβαώ, Ἀβρασάξ, variant of Ἀδωναΐ?, variant of Ἀβλαναθαναλβα, λαρουριξυ.
