A: Remains of an Anguipes: only the snake’s legs have survived, below the legs: an eight-pointed star. Around, fragment of an inscription beginning on the top right: ναισαβαωθιαωι → [Ἀδω]ναΐ, Σαβαώθ, variant of  Ἰάω.
B: Inscription in two lines: ιη|κκιξ?] → unidentified voces.
