A: Figure lying prone with head (to left) raised, arms and feet stretched. Notches on the body of the figure indicate mummy bandage? Above the figure: a leaping lion, to left, its tail ending in a snake’s head topped with the double feathers crown (S. Michel: atef). Above the lion's head: a crescent and an eight-pointed star.
B: Inscription in five lines: ιαω|βασξ|χαεηβα|χωονω|α → voces including Ἰάω.
