A: Helios on the back of a lion striding right over a mummy lying on the ground. The god’s head is turned right and surrounded with six rays, right hand raised in greeting. Helios wears a tunic, chlamys thrown over the left shoulder. On the right, facing Helios and the lion: a female figure, wearing a long garment, left hand lowered beside the body, right hand raised to mouth. In the free field between the figures, two stars.
B: Inscription in three lines: ιαω|αιω|ωαι → vocales including Ἰάω.
