A: Remains of a four-winged Pantheos in frontal view: right arm bent in elbow and holding a scepter (the upper part of the scepter in the left hand also visible). The Pantheos is nude, and has a bearded face, framed with animal protomes, head adorned with a crown. In the free field next to the head, on the left: a star, on the right: a lying crescent. Inscription to the left and right of the crown: ιαω → Ἰάω. Inscription in two lines around the edge on the left, from bottom to top: [- -]λαναθαναλ|[- -]σαβαω → Ἀβλαναθαναλβα-palindrome, Σαβαώ; on the right, from top to bottom: ακαρα[- - - - - - - ] → variant of Ἀκραμμαχαμαρεί?
B: Illegible inscription in eleven lines.
C: Inscription around: [- - -]μοραχθισαλαμαζαβα → part of αιαναγβα-logos.
