A: Lion-headed Chnoubis to left, with nimbus and seven double rays around the head. In the free space on the left: Chnoubis-sign set vertically, below Chnoubis: two six-pointed stars. On the right side, inscription in two lines: χνου|μεω → variant of Χνουμίς or Χνουμ? Under Chnoubis: αβρασαξ → Ἀβρασάξ.
B: Asclepius-Imhotep and Hygieia standing in frontal view, facing each other. The god, with shaven head, is wearing a long garment, mantle and a necklace. His left hand is slightly outstreched, his right leaning against a snake entwined staff. Hygieia is wearing a long tunic and a mantle. Her bent right hand is holding a snake, left one holding a cup. The snake passes upward behind her back and holds its head over the cup.
