A: Animal-headed figure in three-quarter view to right, maned head turned back to left. Arms bent in elbow and tied behind the back. Above the head: Y. Rest of an inscription in pterygoma-form:
πιε|πιε|απιε|απιε|απιε||απιε|απιε|πιε|πιε|ιε|ε → διψᾷς Τάνταλε, αἷμα πίε. ’If you are thirsty, Tantalos, drink blood.’
B: Only vertical notches remain of the representation. Inscription around, from top to bottom: [- -]βαωε; from left to right: ιηι → voces including [Σα]βαώ, vocales.
