A: Ibis standing to left, tied to an altar with a cord. On the altar, three stalks of plant. Above: a six-pointed star, to left and right of the ibis and the altar: two S-shaped curves (snakes). Below: inscription in two lines: ορωριο|υθιαω → ορωριουθ, Ἰάω.
B: Ouroboros enclosing womb and key. Above: in the middle, the lion-headed Chnoubis without rays around the head, to left, standing between Anubis as mummy in front and Osiris as mummy behind. Atop Osiris' head: the solar disk. In the field around the figures: ιαω → Ἰάω. Inscription outside the Ouroboros: αεηιουωαειουωαεηιουωια → triads of the Greek vowel series, including variant of Ἰάω.
