A: Frontal view of cock-headed Anguipes in armour, head in profile to right. Right hand raised and holding a whip, left hand holding a shield, with porpax and antilabe visible. Inscription in the free field around the edge, beginning on the left: σφεον.
B: Inscription in one line, horizontally: ζασα → variant of Ἀβρασάξ?
The gem may have been designed after a drawing in Chifletius–Macarius, Abrasax, see CBd-2747.
