Description: Upright oblong, both faces flat. Shape 8c–9c. Haematite. Chips on the right edge of side A, and on the lower edge left of side B.

A: Phoenix, with nimbus and seven rays around its head, standing to left on top of a crab. Below, a crocodile, to right. Above, a scarab with outstretched wings. Beside the head of the phoenix, a star on each side. Below, rearing snakes. (For an interpretation, cf. CBd-2.)
B: Inscription vertically: θαδωα.
