Description: Side A upright oval, side B transverse oval, both faces flat. Shape 8–9. Obsidian (Mastrocinque) / black jasper (Bonner). Set in an ancient gold pendant (Mastrocinque: modern).

A: Standing figure of Osiris bandaged as a mummy, head crowned with the white crown, with four branches projecting from its bottom. The head of Osiris is complemented on each side with a falcon's head. Arms crossed, right hand holding the flail, left hand holding crook and flail. On the right, a small squatting female figure (Isis), to right, crowned with a lotus flower, leaning backwards as if pulling the feet of the mummy.
B: Ouroboros with head at top to left, enclosing a scarab with outstretched double wings.
