A: Harpocrates seated to left with knees drawn up, on a lotus flower, right hand raised to mouth, left hand holding a flail. Side-lock of youth visible, head surrounded by a nimbus and seven rays, and crowned with the solar disk. Letters inserted between the rays around the head: ζαγουρη. Facing him, a baboon with paws raised in greeting, head crowned with the solar disk. Between them, a crescent, open to left, and a six-pointed star above the head of the baboon. Above, at the top, three scarabs, below them, three lions walking to left. On the left, the heads of three birds, probably falcons (Bonner: vultures?), below, the head of a crocodile. On the right, traces of two or three quadrupeds, perhaps goats.
B: Deity standing to front, wearing a kilt and a pectoral, right arm bent in elbow and supporting an was-scepter, left hand lowered beside the body and holding an ankh-sign. The head is substituted with a post with the atef-crown on top, and two ram's heads projecting to its left and right. Around the edge, encircling the figure in two lines: ιαεωβαφρενεμουνο[- - - - -]νερφαβωεαι → Ἰαεω‑palindrome, followed by δοσμο → δὸς μο<ι χάριν>.
C: Inscription around, at times in two lines, partly lost: triads of vocales (on the right), part of the σθομβαολη-logos (on the left).
