A: Ouroboros, head at top to right, enclosing inscription in five lines: ιανο|χτεπιλχμ|ηνευσεφο|ρκιζωσο|ωνμ → Ἀνοχ, Τεπιαχ, Μηνεύς, ἐφορκίζω. A tentative reading for σοωνμ based on CBd-1716: σ<ε> ό ὤν.  'I adjure you; ho on' (see Ex. 3,14).
B: Inscription in three lines: αβ|οπτρο|ψαεψι.
