A: Harpocrates sitting nude in frontal view on a lotus flower with two buds, which rests upon a papyrus boat. Left leg bent in knee, head turned in profile to left and crowned with the solar disk and six rays, side-lock of youth visible. Left hand holding a stick(?), right hand holding a flail. To the left and right side of the head, a snake. Around, triads of animals, clockwise: falcons, scarabs, uraei, crocodiles.
B: Inscription in five lines: ιεωουη|ευιαηαω|αευωηωαη|νωευοαη|αωαι → vocales.
