A: Ouroboros enclosing uterus with key, and four deities above (from left to right): Anubis as mummy, the lion-headed Chnoubis without rays around the head, Osiris as mummy with the solar disk on his head, and Isis wearing a long garment, her winged arms held in a protective gesture. In the free space: ιαω → Ἰάω. On the right, next to Isis: character in the shape of a snake.
B: Inscription in three lines: αεηιουω|ορωριουθ|ιαω → The Greek vowel series, ορωριουθ, Ἰάω.
