A: Sarapis enthroned to front on a papyrus boat, wearing tunic and mantle, left hand leaning on a tall scepter, right hand stretched forward. His head is crowned with the atef-crown complete with ram's horns and uraei. On the left, facing him: a scarab-bodied (?) figure (see CBd-1669) of Harpocrates, right hand raised to mouth; on the right, another figure of Harpocrates with the body of a bird, double crown, heka-scepter or flail. The prow and stern of the boat are topped with the busts of Isis and Nephthys, wearing crowns. Inscription above the scene: αλδα|βαιμ → <ι>αλδα|βαιμ.
B: Inscription in three lines: ιυαηιαωαιια|ωουεηουεηια|ωωαηωιαω → vocales including Ἰάω.
