A: Four-winged Pantheos in armour, standing to front. The feet, to right, are in the shape of jackal's heads, the knees are decorated with tufts, indicating animal protomes. The figure is crowned with the atef-crown with double ram's horns, his hands hold two tall scepters, the lower left hand holds the ankh-sign. In the free field around the figure, characteres.
B: On the right, Isis standing to left, wearing tunic and mantle. Right hand raised and holding a sistrum, left hand holding a torch (?) or a kerykeion (?). In front of Isis, Anubis kneeling to right, wearing a tunic, outstretched arm handing an unidentified object to Isis. In the free field: characteres, Latin letters and stars.
