A: Nude Helios-Harpocrates half-kneeling on his right leg, to left, on a lotus flower with two buds, which rests upon a papyrus boat. Right hand raised to mouth, left hand holding a flail. Head adorned with a headband and seven rays. On the left end of the boat, a cynocephalus with paws raised in adoration, on the right end, a crowned falcon, both facing Harpocrates. In the free field above, to the left of Harpocrates' head, a five-pointed star, to the right, a crescent, open to top. Below the boat, a scorpion seen from above, crawling to left.
B: Inscription in nine lines: σουμαρ|τααβυ|αναθαι|ναλβαα|κραμαχ||αμαρLν|λαωοθ|υκαωθ|ψ → voces including σουμαρτα, variant of Ἀβλαναθαναλβα-palindrome, variant of Ἀκραμμαχαμαρεί.

Post-antique. The gem was presumably made after a drawing in Chifletius–Macarius, see CBd-2756.
