A: Crucified figure on a tall cross with a short base. The wrists are tied to the cross, feet held as if hanging in the air, bearded head with long hair in profile to left. Letters in the free field, above the head of the figure: υιε. Inscription in eight lines to the left and right of the image: υιε|πατηριη|σουχριστε|σοαμνωα|μωαιωα||εηιουω|αρταννα|λυσιου|[υ]ι[ου] → Υἱέ, Πατήρ, Ἰησοῦ Χριστέ σοαμ νωαμ ωαωι αεηιουω ἀρτάννα λυσίου [υ]ἱ[οῦ] → 'O Son, Father, O Jesus Christ soam nōam ōaōi, AEĒIOYŌ, O cross(-beam) of the Redeeming [S]o[n]' (R. Kotansky).
B: Rest of an inscription in ten lines: ιωε|ευαευη|[1-3] ιουισυε|ιαδητοφω|θιεσσβτσκηε||ψμαναυηλα|
στραπερκμη|φμειθωαρ|μεμπε|[.]...[.] → Ἰωε ευα ευη ιουι σὺ εἶ Ιαδητοφωθ Ἰεσεβτεκη Ἐμμανουηλ Ἀστραπερκμηφ Μειθω Αρμεμπε. 'Iōe eua euē(?) [1-3]ịoui, you a[re] Iadētophōth Iesebtekē Emanauēl Astraperkmēph Meithō Armempe …' (R. Kotansky).
